EfficientGovNow received a strong endorsement today from Aneesh P. Chopra, assistant to President Obama and the nation’s Chief Technology Officer.
During his speech at the City Club of Cleveland, Chopra highlighted the EfficientGovNow competition as an example of the innovative ideas needed to stimulate more efficient government and a more globally competitive nation.
“I’m bringing that idea back to the White House,” he said.
The White House is interested in bringing similar innovation to the federal government through its Open Government Initiative.
